NICOMA PARK, Okla. (January 20, 2021) - For the last five years the Sooner Late Model Series has been well known throughout Oklahoma. Now promoter Mark Brill is proud to announce the formation of the Sooner Sprint Series.
The Sooner Sprint Series will sanction winged 2-barrel Champ and 305 Sprints running primarily in western Oklahoma but has also booked shows in Texas and Arkansas.
A 12-race schedule has been release with shows booked at Enid Speedway, Oklahoma Sports Park in Ada, Thunderbird Speedway in Muskogee, Monarch Motor Speedway in Wichita Falls, Texas, and Crawford County Speedway in Van Buren, Arkansas.
Presently booked shows will not go head-to-head with other touring series.
Rules will be posted soon. However, as a guide normal champ sprint and 305 Racesaver rules apply.
